Hello! I am Karin. My mum have had special Christmas gift form her friend in Japan. This is 2014 Music Calendar “Cats playing with music” by Mitsuhiro Amada, and Japanese cookie!

こんにちは、かりんです。お母さんに、ちょっと早いクリスマス・プレゼントが届いたんだ。これはね、「音楽とあそぶネコたち」2014年カレンダーで、雨田光弘さんの描いた作品なんだ。それと、日本のお菓子も（にっこり）

Look! The calendar is so nice! There is many beautiful cats. The calendar includes birthday of composers and musicians all 365 days.

見て！このカレンダーとってもステキ。きれいな猫たちがたくさん。このカレンダーには、365日すべてに音楽家の誕生日が入っています。

Mitsuhiro Amada, a former cellist with the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as playing solo and chamber music, has published several books of brush- and-ink paintings, mainly of cats with music. All feline fanciers will rejoice at this collection of paintings depicting cats playing musical instruments!

雨田光弘さんは、主席チェロ奏者として日本フィルハーモニー交響楽団で活躍、ソロ、室内楽の活動をされており、同時に絵の創作でも有名で、楽器を弾く猫や動物たちの本を出版されています。猫を愛する猫族にとって、とてもステキ’な作品です。カレンダーの販売は→こちら
