Piano Fairy told me that the periodic maintenance is very important for keeping my piano in good condition. The benefit of periodic maintenance is the pitch stability, and the mechanical part to be fine movement by regulation. 

ピアノフェアリーが、定期メンテナンスは、ピアノを良い状態に保つのに、とても大切だと教えてくれたのよ。定期的にピアノのメンテナンスを行うと、ピッチが安定し、メカニカル部分の調整をすることによって動きもスムーズになります。
