I and the Piano Fairy went to the special concert last night at the Concert Hall, Hong Kong Cultural Centre. Russian National Orchestra, conductor and piano Mikhail Pletnev.
The program was Mozart/Piano Concerto No.24 in C Minor, K.491 and Tchaikovsky/Symphony No.5 in E Minor, Op.64

昨夜はピアノフェアリーと一緒に、香港カルチャーセンターで特別なコンサートに出かけてきました。ミハイル・プレトニョフ率いる ロシア・ナショナル管弦楽団です。プログラムはモーツァルトのピアノ協奏曲、チャイコフスキーの5番です。

The KAWAI concert grand piano “Shigeru Kawai”used in the concert was sponsored by Parsons Music. The sound of a piano was amazingly very warm and sweet tone that was wonderful to enjoy the Mozart.

with Mr Eddie Wong/Manager of Parsons Music, Mr Hidemi Okubo/Master Piano Artisan of KAWAI Japan who prepared the piano for this concert.

The Piano Fairy told me that Okubo-san put the piano under a spell for creating a beautiful sound!! I think he got the special tuning lever at Ollivanders Wand Shop, Diagon Alley…. I would like to have one!

Parsons Music の Eddie さん、河合楽器 Master Piano Artisan 大久保さんとご一緒に。大久保さんはこのコンサートのピアノ調律のために日本から来られました。

なに、なに、ピアノフェアリーが、大久保さんはこのピアノが美しい音になるように魔法をかけたと言っていまーす。どんな魔法かしら。ダイアゴン横丁のオリバンダーのお店にあるチューニングハンマーを持っていのかしらー　私も1つ欲しいです。
