Hello everyone! Wonderful News!! Famous English composer, mainly of choral music, Mr John Rutter in HK now and he also will conduct our St John’s Cathedral Choir tomorrow at 11:45 Choral Mattins service. We have had rehearsal with him yesterday!

みなさーん、素晴らしいニュースです！イギリスの作曲家、特に教会音楽がメインで合唱作品を多く書かれているジョン・ラッターさんが香港でコンサートをされるのですが、その合間に、私たちSt John’s Cathedral Choir 聖歌隊の明日の日曜日の礼拝で指揮をしていただくことになり、昨日、リハーサルがありました。

We will sing his “Te Deum” and “O be Joyful In The Lord”. I am very happy to have a special occasion today that I wouldn’t be able to have in Japan. Thank you so much for all of you Cathedral Choir!

彼の作曲した Te Deum と O be Joyful In The Lord を歌います。彼自身の指揮で歌えるなんて、日本でもなかなありません。素晴らしい機会に恵まれました。聖歌隊のみんな、ありがとう！
