There is a corrosion of metal parts due to high humidity level. It’s very common case in Hong Kong. I have been cleaning the surface and under the keys, cleaning the balance hole and polishing the balance & front pins. After that, the movement of the key was smoother.

湿度が高かったせいで、金属の腐食が起きてしまいました。これは香港でよく見られるケースです。鍵盤の変色してしまっているバランス&フロントピンを磨き、バランスホールも丁寧に汚れを落としてあげます。掃除をして磨いてあげると鍵盤の摩擦が減って動きがスムーズになります。

The pitch is very flat. A440Hz is standard pitch but this is A424Hz nearly semitone …xxx The piano needs a tuning twice and the pitch rise tuning first.

ピッチがとても下がっています。A440Hz が標準ですが、このピアノは A424Hz 半音近いです。今日は、音上げの調律をしてから、本調律と2回必要です。
